
Today, graduates from the classes of 2023 and 2022 talked with LHS juniors and seniors about life after high school. They gave advice on a variety of topics, from making the most of high school, to picking a college and career, to experiencing life beyond La Farge. Thanks so much to Corey Camlek, Colene Grefe, McKala Huebsch, Shelby Nelson, Makayla Potter, Anahi Ramirez, Ivonne Ramirez, Nolan Reese, Sadie Schneider, Abby Schreck, and Ty Wirts for coming in! The sixth grade completed a unit reading articles about being a responsible citizen. They read about the history of money, managing money, and taking care of their environment. To make the unit more realistic, each student participated in keeping a finance sheet, having a job, and constructing a town called Tiny Hollow.


Boys Basketball @Ithaca Tonight!


Last night, the 4K class had another Family Night. They had a mini concert where they sang two of their daily songs, their Hello song and Days of the Week song, and two Christmas songs, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and Jingle Bells. With their families, they completed two crafts and had a snack. Everybody had fun and the 4K kiddos can't wait until their next Family Night.

Here is the winner of the Fastest Class in the Elementary challenge for the first two quarters of the year! Each class works to pace themselves to run as many laps as possible around the volleyball court for 5 minutes. The third grade set the bar high with a class lap average of 12.33 laps! Way to GO!
